REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Colourswink, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for customers located in the European Union (EU/EEA), and within 7 days of delivery for all other regions.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
2. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

Eyeliners

Foundations

Skincare products

Any opened cosmetic or beauty products

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union (EU/EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:

Products must remain unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

Customers must notify us by email within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Certain hygiene-sensitive cosmetic products may not qualify for return once unsealed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@colourswink.com with:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal value, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please email support@colourswink.com with your order details.
7. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email support@colourswink.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. International Orders, Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Colourswink is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
