International Shipping
We ship worldwide. All international orders are dispatched from India via tracked courier (DHL / FedEx / Speed Post depending on destination).

Customs & Import Duties
India: All duties and taxes are included in our prices. No surprise charges at delivery.
International orders: Depending on your country, your local customs authority may charge import duties or VAT on your order. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
- UK: Orders above £135 may attract UK import VAT. You will be contacted by your courier before delivery.
- EU: Orders above €150 may attract EU VAT. DHL will notify you of any charges before releasing the parcel.
- USA: Orders below $800 USD are duty-free under the de minimis threshold. Most ColourSwink orders fall below this amount.
- Australia: GST (10%) applies to orders above AUD $1,000. Most ColourSwink orders are below this threshold.
We always declare the accurate value on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as 'gifts' or undervalue shipments.
My Order Is Delayed — What Do I Do?
International shipping can occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email us at info@colourswink.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
